    To work closely with local indigenous organizations to mobilize them to engage grass roots in development process.

   To enable groups, which have little contact with the outside world, to reduce their isolation, developing the capacity and skills among these groups helping themselves to improve their livelihoods and govern their own lives.

   Giving confidence to communities recovering from war or social upheaval to discover and use their own vision, skills, and resources to generate income and economic development.

   Since access to information plays a vital role in the process change and social transformation Fast Relief focuses on dissimination of new technologies, information and knowledge by establishing educational infrastructures to create sustainable learning environment as well as organizing workshops, trainings, and supporting capacity building, And granting necessary support to the locally available skills base.

   Enable children, youth and students to reach their full potential through training, workshops and financial help.

   Engage in a worldwide combat against AIDS, campaign for prevention of Malaria and taking care of widows, orphans and street children.
